A clarity call is a structured conversation. Not a sales pitch.
Typically 45–60 minutes, by video. The purpose is to understand your operational situation clearly enough to know whether an Ops Engine engagement makes sense for both sides.
- What it is.
- A structured diagnostic conversation about how your business currently operates and where the friction is.
- What it is not.
- A sales call, a pitch, or a commitment to anything beyond the conversation itself.
- What happens during it.
- Structured questions about your business, what you do, how it's currently run, what has already been tried. The conversation moves from symptom to structural cause.
- What you leave with.
- A clear view of whether an engagement makes sense for your situation, and if so, what the logical next step looks like.
You do not need to have diagnosed the problem already.
Most founders who book a clarity call know that something is wrong, but cannot yet say exactly what. That is precisely the right starting point for this conversation. The diagnosis is the work, not the prerequisite.
Come with an honest picture of how the business currently operates. That is enough.
Who should book this call.
This call is for founders and senior leaders of service businesses who recognise their operational situation in what they have read on this site. Established revenue, a team of roughly 10–50 people, and a sense that the business is running through individuals rather than through systems.
It is not the right starting point for early-stage businesses still finding their first clients, businesses looking primarily for software installation or IT support, or businesses that want advice without implementation. If any of that is closer to your situation, the call is unlikely to be useful for either of us.
If you are not sure where you sit, the Operational Maturity Diagnostic is a lighter first step. Take the Diagnostic

Within a few days of the call, you receive a short operational summary of what the conversation surfaced, mapped to the Operating Model. It is yours regardless of whether the engagement continues.
- 02
Proposal for the Operations Blueprint
If the engagement makes sense for both sides, a proposal for an Operations Blueprint session is produced. Scope, timing, and pricing are stated plainly.
